Necklaces are statement of a person. It's usually where eyes got caught when you first look at a person with accessaries.
For wearers, you want your necklace to compliment your outfit, not overpowering it. So to me, wearing necklace is always kind of a power struggle between what you want to project in the first impression, and the harmony with the overall look. So with necklace, I usually stay with gemstones which are all quite unique in its own. And I like to play with lampwork glass as well. My recent fav is to play with ribbon-tied necklaces. Not only do they look somehow more romantic (make you feel like ballerina!) but also more flexible. I explored a few pieces which you can wear in a few different ways.
